Diversion/Recycling Rates for Local C&D Processing FacilitiesWaste Management and Allied Waste are under contract to King County to report, with documentation, their diversion rate information. CDL Recycle and Recovery 1 self-report their monthly diversion information which contain full break-downs of where all of their materials are sent for processing. Diversion rate information is provided to King County on a monthly basis and is processed and posted to this Web site on a quarterly basis. If diversion rates are needed for months not yet available on this Web site please contact the Construction Recycling Program online or call Kinley Deller at 206-296-4434. NOTE: The Diversion Rate for a facility only applies to loads accepted for recycling/diversion.
