The Oregon Commission for the Blind is a great place to work. We currently have about 55 employees statewide. Our small size provides us with enormous flexibility and an open communication style. We are a casual, innovative group and we pride ourselves on the high quality of our services, the support of our constituency, our low turnover, and the autonomy and professionalism of our staff. Our managers have come through the ranks of front-line staff and put a high priority on enabling staff's attention to be focused on direct services to blind Oregonians.
