Independent living is the keystone to inclusion in society.
The OCB can guide you through the first steps towards independence and personal freedom.
The program is designed to teach blind and visually impaired people to adjust, function, and live as independently as possible within their community. Services are provided by qualified rehabilitation teachers who work with clients in their own homes and communities.
