The TRICARE Dental Program is a voluntary, premium-based dental insurance plan administered by United Concordia Companies, Inc., (United Concordia).  

Eligible Beneficiaries
The TRICARE Dental Program is available to the following beneficiaries:

• Active duty family members
• Family members of National Guard and Reserve members
• Members of the National Guard and Reserve (who are not on active duty orders)

To enroll in the TRICARE Dental Program, sponsor's must have at least 12 months remaining on his or her service commitment. This requirement may be waived in some circumstances. You should contact United Concordia for details.

Who's Not Eligible?
The following beneficiaries are not eligible to enroll in the TRICARE Dental Program:

• Active duty service members
• National Guard and Reserve members called to active duty for more than 30 consecutive days
• Retired service members and their families
• Former spouses
• Parents and parents-in-law
• Disabled veterans
• Foreign military personnel
