Review IS Requests over $25K		All	20	Commercial Lane Upgrade -- $68,176.00 – AVIATION – Phil S. Nelson – Reese made motion to APPROVE, Newcomb 2nd, remaining agreed approval subject to Purchasing Review to ensure no purchasing violation. If approved by Purchasing the chair will move the paperwork. An additional motion was made by Reese to APPROVE, Newcomb 2nd, remaining agreed to request the IT department to draft a standard for ISC review that defines the difference between "upgrade" and "new system”.
