How to Join the Cooperative Acquisitions Program

. You will be sent a profile from this Division or from the Nairobi
office.
- Indicate on the profile the subject areas of monographs and the serials
titles which are wanted. These requests should be reflected on the summary
statement of estimated costs and the total amount to be paid by your
institution should be calculated. The indirect/overhead charges can
be calculated at the percentage rate shown on the summary statement.
The shipping charges will be calculated by the Overseas Operations staff,
Africa/Asia Acquisitions and Overseas Operations Division, Library of
Congress, Washington DC 20540 or by the Nairobi office staff.
- Credit card or electronic fund transfer (EFT) are our preferred modes
of payment. Contact the Nairobi office or

card or EFT details. If preferred, send your check payable to the Library
