Western National Parks Association
As a non-profit cooperating association, Western National Parks Association produces interpretive publications and other products and manages bookstores in National Park Service visitor centers throughout the west. Proceeds from these sales support research and interpretive activities in the parks.

Wupatki Pueblo was an important center for trade, judging from the exotic items found there. These include copper bells from Mexico, shell beads, and the remains of more than 40 macaws from Mesoamerica.
