Following the passage of the "Recovery Act" in the U.S., changes have occurred in public procurement following potential demand for the purchase of U.S. products. To clarify the new situation for exporters, Arnold & Porter have prepared, at the request of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor and Israel's commercial attaché in Washington D.C., an explanatory document.
