Bicycling Information

Bicycling is a popular activity in the park.  However, there are no bicycles for rent in the park and the park has no bicycle trails.   There are also no bike lanes along the highway leading to the park nor over the causeway from Corpus Christi.  Please use appropriate caution when bicycling to, from, or within the park and wear appropriate clothing and a helmet.  Please ensure your bicycle is as visible as possible with lights and/or reflectors or reflective tape or other reflective materials.
The National Park Service arrowhead contains a white buffalo, an animal sacred to many native Americans.
