Memorial Service for Marina Giggleman

(Corpus Christi, Texas)-Acting Superintendent Betty Frantum announced today that, at the request of the Giggleman Family, a Memorial Service will be held at the Padre Island National Seashore Malaquite Beach Visitor Center at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 18, 2007. 

 

Marina Giggleman, a biological technician for the Division of Sea Turtle Science and Recovery, passed away April 3, 2007 in the line of duty.

 

In lieu of flowers, an educational trust fund has been established for Marina’s son.  Those wishing to contribute are asked to please make checks payable to:  College America f.b.o. Erik Martin Giggleman.  Checks can be mailed to Edward Jones, 260 N. Main Street, Grapevine, Texas 76051.
