Description

The CJ Foundation for SIDS is a nationwide voluntary health organization dedicated to recognizing the special needs of the SIDS community through funding SIDS research and support services. From its inception in 1994, the CJ Foundation for SIDS has awarded grants for SIDS research, support services, and public awareness programs nationwide by generating funds from the WFAN Radiothon. The mission of the Foundation is to: establish a high standard of service delivery to SIDS families and friends through existing and new programs; educate both the general public and professionals about SIDS; help cause a significant reduction in the SIDS rate; and identify the cause of SIDS, resulting in its elimination.
