Description

The National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS) is one of the National Institutes of Health, the principal biomedical research agency of the United States Government. NIGMS primarily supports basic biomedical research that lays the foundation for advances in disease diagnosis, treatment, and prevention. The Institute’s training programs help provide the most critical element of good research: wall-prepared scientists.
