• Abstract: Approval of Virginia (VA) State standards, Region III, pertaining to Coal Tar Pitch: Interpretation of Terms (1910.1002); Noise Standard: Hearing Conservation Amendment (1910.95); Occupational Exposure to Lead: Respirator Fit Test and Miscellaneous Amendments (1910.1025(a)(2), (e), (f)(2)(ii), (i), (j)(3)(ii), (k), (l) and (m)); Hazardous Materials: Attendant Exemption and Latch-Open Devices (1910.106); Commercial Diving Operations: Educational/Scientific Diving Exemption (1910.401). The State standards are identical to the Federal standards. Effective date is December 20, 1985.
