• Abstract: Approval of Minnesota (MN) State plan, Region V. Federal OSHA standards and enforcement authority no longer apply to occupational health and safety issues covered by the State plan and authority for Federal concurrent jurisdiction is relinquished. Federal enforcement jurisdiction is retained over offshore maritime employment in the private sector. Federal jurisdiction remains in effect with respect to Federal government employers and employees and employment at the Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant. Effective date: July 30, 1985.

Abstract:
