• Abstract: Subpart Q of 29CFR Part 1952 is amended to reflect approval of the revised compliance staffing requirements and the granting of final approval to the Kentucky State plan. Federal OSHA standards and enforcement authority no longer apply to occupational safety and health issues covered by the Kentucky plan and authority for Federal concurrent jurisdiction is relinquished. Federal enforcement jurisdiction is retained over maritime employment.
