Intended to provide prompt and equitable resolution of complaints alleging any violation of the ADA by a department, agency or instrumentality of the Executive Branch of the government of the State of Vermont by reason of employment practices and policies or the provision of services, activities, programs and benefits.

This Disability & Business Technical Assistance Center (DBTAC) provides training, information and technical assistance on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and accessible information technology (IT) to people in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont.
