Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors

Comprehensive services for those grieving the death of a loved one serving in the Armed Forces, including a national network of peer-based emotional support, case work assistance, crisis intervention and grief and trauma resources.

United Warrior Survivors Foundation

Peer-to-peer support, survivor transition assistance, emergency aid and financial planning and bereavement counseling for surviving spouses of Navy, Army, Air Force and Marine Corps Special Operations personnel killed in the line of duty since September 11, 2001.

Vet Centers

Readjustment counseling and outreach services to all veterans who served in any combat zone and their family for military-related issues. Services include individual counseling, group counseling, marital and family counseling, bereavement counseling, medical referrals, assistance in applying for VA benefits, employment counseling and alcohol/drug assessments.
