Commission Seeks Members for Energy Portfolio Options Committee

Salem, Ore. The Oregon Public Utility Commission is seeking nominations for individuals to serve on its Portfolio Options Committee. The committee makes recommendations to the Commission about energy options offered to the 1.3 million residential and small business customers of Portland General Electric (PGE) and Pacific Power in Oregon.
The Commission is seeking nominations for:
- two local government representatives,
- two public or regional interest group representatives,
- two residential customer representatives, and
- two small business customer representatives.
Customer representatives need not be affiliated with any organization. The committee also includes representatives from the Commission staff, the Oregon Department of Energy, and the electric companies.
