Description
Brave Kids is a non-profit organization for children with chronic, life threatening illness and disabilities. Brave Kids offers three basic programs to children and their families. BraveKids.org is an online community for parents/caretakers of children with special needs to locate information and local resources. Bravekids.org has message boards, a bi-lingual directory of resources that is searchable by zip codes, and pediatric medical information. Brave Kids provides Family Resource Centers to children's hospitals and clinics which provide parents with medical information and resources. Brave Kids also provides educational outreach and advocacy to the community.
