Description

Colon Cancer Alliance (CCA) is a national nonprofit organization made up of colon and rectal cancer survivors, caregivers and people with a genetic predisposition to colorectal cancer (CRC). CCA is committed to ending the suffering caused by cancers of the colon, rectum, appendix and anus. CCA brings the voice of survivors to battle colorectal cancer through patient support, education, research and advocacy. CCA offers a variety of emotional support and disease management services. Such services include: a toll free help line; CRC buddy program; educational materials and resources; and a Web site of over 500 pages of the most up to date CRC related information which includes patient stories, a library of Frequently-Asked-Questions, current news about colorectal cancer and its treatment and research, timely access to clinical trial information, and much more.
