Description

Dogs for the Deaf, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that rescues and professionally trains dogs to assist people and enhance lives. The organization selects Hearing Dogs -- usually mixed breeds, small to medium in size, and 6 to 36 months of age -- from adoption shelters, trains them and places them with qualified individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing.
