Description

The Center for Telehealth & E-Health Law formerly the Center for Telemedicine Law is a nonprofit organization established to keep telehealth practitioners and interested parties informed of legal developments affecting telehealth. Its programs include monthly video conferences, newsletters, workshops, and conferences, including the Telehealth Leadership Conference. Membership is comprised of healthcare providers, universities, telehealth networks, industry and others who are using or interested in using telehealth and want to understand the legal, regulatory, and policy implications. Its founding members are the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, Mayo Foundation, Midwest Rural Telemedicine Consortium, and Texas Children's Hospital.
