Description

The National Organization on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (NOFAS) is a national, non-profit organization whose purpose is to raise public awareness about fetal alcohol syndrome, the leading known cause of mental retardation. NOFAS responds to telephone, mail, electronic and in-person inquiries from professionals and the general public.
