Description
Parents Anonymous (PA) is a self-help group for parents and children who are in need of treatment and/or prevention of child abuse. Local PA chapters meet regularly to discuss the problems of parenthood in order to improve their relationship with their children. Children's programs are also available in some areas.

PA provides a selection of informative materials including a handbook for new mothers, a public information pamphlet, chapter development publications, and booklets for parents and children about improving family relationships. Articles discussing child abuse issues, program development, and human interest stories are available.
