Description
Farmworker Health Services, Inc. (FHSI), formerly East Coast Migrant Health Project, Inc., provides outreach and health education to migrant and seasonal farmworkers. FHSI creates linkages between farmworkers and existing local health care providers. States served include: Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, North and South Carolina, Georgia, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Florida. Services provided include health education, referral to primary health care and social services, and case management. Service delivery is accomplished through outreach activities.
