Mitigation Bank Regions and Contact Information
To determine if there is a mitigation bank serving the area in which your project is located, click on the map for each bank in your region.  If your project falls within the service area, contact the banker to see if credits are available for sale, and whether the type of wetlands restored at that bank will replace the type of wetlands you propose to fill.

Additional mitigation banks are needed in many areas.  If you know of a site where a large acreage of wetlands might be restored, please contact Dana Field, DSL mitigation specialist, for further information about the steps needed to establish a new mitigation bank.
