This General Authorization is unique in that it was developed in conjunction with the US Army Corps of Engineers to work in concert with teh Corps' developmennt of a Regional General Permit for similar activities. This effort has created a set of standard eligibility criteria and compatible project conditions. A joint DSL/Corps application form has been developed specifically for this authorization.
To be consistent with both state and federal processes, certain restrictions and conditions apply to the activities covered by the permits. The application form has been designed to walk an applicant through the requirements for each project type listed above. Please reference Section 1 of the application form and as applicable, Sections 9, 10 and 11, for specific eligibility criteria.
For a more detailed description of eligibility and mandatory requirements, consult OAR 141-089-0350 to 0390. If you have further questions about a specific project, contact the DSL Resource Coordinator for your county.
