SmartWay provides information on a variety of lending institutions that provide Technology Loans and Truck Loans that help you purchase complete Upgrade Kits, individual components of the upgrade kits, and brand new or pre-owned trucks.

What are Technology Loans?
Technology Loans are typically lower interest loans available to truck owners and fleet managers that can be used to purchase fuel saving and/or emissions reducing technologies for existing trucks or new or pre-owned truck purchases.

There are two types of loans available: loans for owners interested in purchasing individual fuel saving technologies (e.g., auxiliary power units, single-wide tires, etc.) or bundles of technologies (e.g., Upgrade Kits); and loans for owners interested in purchasing a new or pre-owned truck with an emission control device already installed (with an option of adding fuel saving technologies).
