Utility Relocation Program Resources
The Utility Relocation Program is managed within the Project Administration Unit of the Right of Way Section.  The Right of Way Section is located under the Technical Services Branch of the Highway Division.

The Project Administration Unit, located in Salem, is responsible for assisting the regions, providing ODOT with specialized information, recommending proposed policy and establishing procedures in accordance with approved policy.  The Project Administration Unit is also responsible for approving utility agreements and authorizing reimbursable utility work related to construction.

This website was developed to assist regions and ODOT consultants in the process of coordinating and mitigating utility impacts.  This page has general information on policy and procedures with links to other utility related web sites.  The RUS Toolbox page contains the detailed processes, forms, templates and examples necessary for a Utility Coordinator to accomplish the duties and activities necessary to certify a project.

The Index Links shown directly below will jump you to the information under that category.
