Sec. 310.6  Recognition by the President.

    If the President concurs in the favorable reports from the 
Secretaries of State and Commerce, he may grant Federal recognition to 
the exposition by indicating his concurrence to the two Secretaries and 
authorizing them to seek BIE registration.
