The MACMP is established by the Agency and will be the average of the current posted price of PG 64-22 asphalt cement furnished by Poten & Partners, Inc. for the State of Oregon and Boise, Idaho, per Mg (ton) f.o.b. supplier's terminal. The MACMP will be the average of the posted price for the Friday in that month that is on or closest to, but not after, the tenth day of that month and the posted price for each intervening Friday since the tenth day of the preceding calendar month. Poten & Partners, Inc. posts its prices on Friday of each week. If the prices are not posted on any Friday or are otherwise not available to the Agency on any Friday for any reason, the Agency may disregard that Friday and the prices that would have applied to that Friday in making its calculation of the average price as provided above. If the Agency selected index posted prices ceases to be available from Poten & Partners, Inc. for any reason, the Agency in its discretion will select and begin using a substitute price source or index to establish the MACMP each month.
Use the Boise Idaho numbers when any portion of a project is in District 13 or District 14. Use the Pacific Northwest numbers on all other projects.
