Having just been diagnosed with premature menopause at 39 years old, I am earnestly searching for what problems I might be facing with my decreased estrogen. Increased risk for heart disease is one of them, and I am searching for everything I can find on risk factors, modifiable or not. This is a easy and quick read. I would think that insurance companies would want to include this in their new member packages if applicable. Thanks for providing this important information.

I ordered this material 3 years ago. I have used it to teach school staff, my friends at church, anyone who will listen. I have gotten art teachers in the school to do poster contests, with the posters being displayed during Feb. A really great resource!

I intend to follow up with my doctor but most important I am now making LIFE CHANGES so that these symptoms will no longer be an issue. I want to thank you for freely giving out this information. It is truly life saving and and eye opener.
