| Overview |

Provide technical and QC support to region permit specialists and other region staff for state and federal waterway and wetlands permit requirements, including project scoping, project analysis and assessment, permit application, submittal and acquisition. Conduct policy analyses of state and federal program changes and initiatives. Conduct and develop QA efforts for permitting program.
