Current Research

• Developing forage-based cropping systems for dairy farms.
• Improving protein and nitrogen use by dairy farms through the use of tannin and polyphenol containing forages.
• Identifying modifications to cell wall lignification and cross-linking that will improve forage fiber digestion by dairy cattle.
