Army Lt. Gen. William G. Webster Jr. has been nominated for reappointment to the rank of lieutenant general and assignment as commanding general, Third U.S. Army/U.S. Army Forces Central Command, Fort McPherson, Ga.  Webster is currently serving as deputy commander, U.S. Northern Command/vice commander, U.S. Element, North American Aerospace Defense Command, Peterson Air Force Base, Colo.

 

            Army Reserve Col. Margaret W. Boor has been nominated for appointment to the grade of brigadier general and assignment as mobilization assistant to the deputy director, Defense Logistics Agency, Fort Belvoir, Va.  Boor is currently serving as chief of staff (Troop Program Unit), 81st Regional Readiness Command, Birmingham, Ala.
