Objective:
Investigate and validate identity and taxonomy of cranberry fruit rotting fungi found in different growing regions.

Approach:
Isolates of CFR from all growing regions will be collected. DNA will be isolated and all species will be identified using sequence analysis of the ribosomal intergenic spacer (ITS) region.
