The National Defense Authorization Act of 2007 mandated the elimination
of the three-tier system. The TRS program benefits starting October 1,
2007 will be administered through this site on the Guard and Reserve Web
Portal. Members may start using this site to administer these benefits
starting August 11, 2007.
