    Requesting Information from the DBEDT Library

    We welcome all requests, but the timeliness with which we respond depends on the medium through which you ask. Walk-in and telephone requests are handled first.

    Fax, correspondence and e-mail requests are answered as time permits.

    Please include a fax number with all written requests, if possible, as much of our material is easily faxed and we can respond more quickly to your request.

    We will provide factual information and statistics and guide you to reports, on-line sources and other government agencies. We do not do customized reports or market research reports.

    Monday through Friday
    Telephone Service:   8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
    Walk-in Service: 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and by appointment
     
    The Library is closed for lunch from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.
