September 23, 2008 Northern California Power Agency (NCPA) RFP seeking up to 58 MW of eligible renewable resources and environmental attributes to meet the expected long-term electric power needs of its Members. Minimum: PV - 10 kW | NCPA Inter-tied - 100 kW | All Others - 1 MW.

September 25, 2008 Hawaiian Electric Co. (HECO) RFP seeking up to 100 MW of qualified renewable energy resources for Oahu's power grid to meet Hawaii's RPS requirements.

September 30, 2008 Hawaii Department of Transportation Airports (DOTA) Division Request For Information (RFI) (No. As1060-12) seeking comments from interested parties on the different technologies available, strategic local applications of these technologies, potential economic benefits, and the viability of third party development for the implementation of renewable energy technologies. The DOTA plans to release one or more Request for Proposals to procure the services of a vendor to install, operate and maintain renewable energy systems for energy consumption by airports or other state facilities, or for power generation for the economic benefit of the state.

Interested parties are requested to reply in writing to any or all of the points stated above. Responses may be of any length and in any format elected by respondents. Responses may be sent by mail, fax, or email. The DOTA may request an in person meeting for clarification purposes.

October 7, 2008 Western Farmers Electric RFP seeking between 50 MW and 200 MW of renewable energy resources.

October 10, 2008 Omaha Public Power District (OPPD) RFP seeking up to 80 MW of wind energy resources, associated energy, and environmental attributes. Notice of intent to bid is due by August 29.

October 15, 2008 Duke Energy Carolinas RFP seeking bids from solar power companies to supply solar panels, electrical equipment and the installation of at least 16 megawatts of photovoltaic resources in North Carolina, as part of the utility's proposed $100 million North Carolina solar plan. Duke Energy would own and, through contractors, install and maintain the solar panels. The utility also would own the electricity generated, which would be sent to the electrical grid that serves all customers.

October 15, 2008 Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) RFP seeking ~700 GWh/year of eligible renewable energy resources, beginning in 2010, with all associated environmental attributes to meet New Mexico's RPS requirements. Notice of intent to bid due by August 1, 2008.

Rolling Application Schedule Connecticut Clean Energy Fund (CCEF) is offering $21 million through its new On-Site Renewable Distributed Generation Program for commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities to install equipment that produces electricity using clean energy technologies.
