The FAST search engine provides the following tools to help
you find what you are looking for:
- A search form to enter a string that the documents must match.
- A results list of matching pages to determine if the search engine
has found what you are looking for. For most queries, the FAST search engine
produces a ranked list where the documents at the top of the list are more
likely to be of interest than the documents toward the bottom.
