2008 a Huge Success!
Almost 18,000 professional attendees registered to participate in this year's conference and expo and another 5,700 members of the general public walked the show floor during our 3-hour "Public Night", bringing our grand total to more than 23,000 participants!

Access to Session Recordings & Presentations
Everyone who was registered for a Full Conference pass for Solar Power International 2008 will automatically receive online access to the session audio recordings synchornized with the presentations. An email will be sent to those individuals with the link, user name, and password as soon as the content is available online (target is by first week in November).
If you weren't able to make it to San Diego or if you were there but didn't attend any of the sessions, you can purchase access to audio recordings sychronized with the presentations.

In addition to our scheduled keynoters and CEO panelists, Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger made a "surprise" appearance. Watch his speech, as well as those from John Jacobs at NASDAQ, General Wesley Clark, Shea Homes President Rick Andreen, and Senator Maria Cantwell, on the official video broadcast.
The money from Solar Power International is used to support the industry and grow US solar markets. Proceeds from the event go to SEPA and SEIA, the 2 non-profit presenters, and are used to support the organizations' year-round activities. Many other solar events in the US are put on by for-profit groups.
