The National Asphalt Pavement Association is the only national trade association that uniquely serves the needs and interests of the asphalt pavement producer/ contractor. Our members are the people who build America’s roads. NAPA is proud of its role, and its Members’ role, in keeping America moving.The companies that produce the asphalt pavement material form the core of NAPA. Companies that support the asphalt pavement industry, such as oil refiners, equipment manufacturers, and consultants, are Associate Members. NAPA also has International Members.
While NAPA maintains active partnerships with government agencies, state and international asphalt associations, non-profits, universities, libraries, and others, all members are companies and individuals operating on a for-profit basis.
