Abstract: (CIT): Peer Resolution Panel is a new option for resolving certain problems between employees and their supervisors. A Peer Resolution Panel can be requested when you and your supervisor disagree on how to resolve a conflict. A group of non-supervisory employees (peers) and supervisors hears and decides on the issue. They determine whether your supervisor followed policy correctly, fairly and consistently in responding to your complaint. This approach has been used successfully by private industry and other government agencies. It does not replace other means of resolving workplace disputes--it is simply another option.
