HUD funding by Congressional Districts for 2004 through 2006 Report
Ms. Morella Lombardi developed this special project involving the distribution of HUD Funding by Congressional Districts for the Los Angeles Field Office jurisdiction. It is important to note that the geography, demographics and distribution of congressional districts in the six counties serviced by the HUD Los Angeles Field Office presented unique challenges. Los Angeles County has more Congressional Districts within its boundaries than any other county in the United States.  There was also the unique problem of converting funding awarded to Counties and Continuum of Care geographies to the overlapping Congressional District geographies. The report includes:
 -   Researched Census Data Sources that provides demographic/geographic references for Congressional Districts.
 -   Data tables for more than 20 Congressional Districts.
 -   Funding charts from the data.
 -   Descriptive maps to accompany the data.
For a copy of this useful document that is meaningful to Congressional staff and the general public, please contact Morella Lombardi.
