Ecology/Nature - Employee Based Volunteer Activities

Current Status of Access to Fermilab

Prairie Harvest Fermilab Prairie Project - Volunteer Harvest
Twice each fall the Roads and Grounds Department organizes and conducts a public volunteer seed harvesting. This has become very popular with local citizens already involved in restoration, and people who are just beginning to learn the importance of conservation activities. Typically these harvests are held in October and November. If you would like to attend please call 630-840-3303 and ask to be put on our mailing list for the next volunteer activity.
