Federal Education Regulations

Use the Federal Register (FR), Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), and List of Sections Affected (LSA) to locate new, proposed, and amended regulations concerning education. You can also find, review, and submit comments on Federal rules open for comment using or find out about developing or recently completed regulations using the Unified Agenda.

    The Committee on Education and the Workforce has a dual mission to empower parents and teachers to provide students with the best education possible and giving American workers access to the tools and protections they need to meet the challenges and opportunities of the New Economy.
  • Senate > Committee on Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions
    Four subcommittees are responsible for bills and matters that related such education related issues as: measures relating to education, agricultural colleges, arts and humanities, Gallaudet College, Howard University, handicapped individuals, and student loans.
