Unresolved issues such as stress at work or home, family problems, or adjusting to change at work can interfere with your quality of life and job performance.  But, as an ODOT employee, you have a resource!  The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a free and confidential benefit provided to help you work through these issues or problems.  Available to benefit-eligible employees and members of their immediate family who are also eligible for benefits, the service is coordinated by an independent provider, Cascade Centers, Incorporated.
