Some species are protected by more than one law or treaty. Check each of the lists below, as appropriate, to find out if the animal or plant is protected. If you do not find the species name on one of the lists, contact a permits office to confirm that the species is not listed or to learn if there are any requirements you must meet to conduct your proposed activity.
