Accessing ArrayTrack™

There are two ways to access ArrayTrack™:

1.  Install/Access ArrayTrack NCTR Database :

  1. Install for FDA users
  2. Install for non-FDA users

NOTE: Currently, we only support FDA users for data storage. Thus, non-FDA users will not be able to deposit their data in ArrayTrack™, but they can use the rest of functionality in ArrayTrack™. If you would like to deposit the data into ArrayTrack™, please contact us to request a private account. It is important to point out that your data will be stored at the NCTR server if you choose to open a private account.

Installation requirements: For Microsoft Windows (98/NT/2000/XP), Internet Explorer is needed (actually IE is only required if a recent version of Java is not already installed). The ArrayTrack application as well as Java plug-in version 1.4.1 will be automatically installed at the first use. For Linux, Mac OS X, and other versions of Unix, these users should inquire by email for help.

2.  Run ArrayTrack using locally-installed ORACLE database:

ArrayTrack™ can also be installed locally in your institute or company to support microarray experiment conducted by many investigators. In this case, the ORACLE server resides at the users’ local site for data storage. To request a CD on local installation see instructions by clicking here.
