1997 - 1998
Citizens Telecommunications Company of Nevada had no changes during this
period. However, data Citizens filed for the 1997 and 1998 reporting years
exhibits certain anomalies which are noted here.
When Citizens became an elective price cap carrier in 1997, it was required to
begin filing ARMIS 43-05 Reports at the holding company (CTTC) and study area
(CTNN, CTNS) levels. However, Citizens filed no individual study area data for
1997. Instead, it provided rolled-up study-area data at the operating
company level (CTNV). The ARMIS Data Retrieval System, having been designed
to follow Commission rules, does not display the 1997 data, and Citizens has
refiled the data under CTNN--this is the way Citizens filed its 1998 data. Both
1997 and 1998 results represent roll-ups of individual study area data, filed
under study area CTNN. (The COSA CTNS will show zero data.)
